Health and Safety is an integral and fundamental part of the company’s day to day business. Our safety culture starts at the very top with the directors and is strongly communicated through to the workforce on site. Our goal is the elimination of all preventable injuries and to minimise risk to the health of employees, contractors and clients as well as the general public. We will undertake to provide the necessary training and support to all employees to ensure that they understand and are able to fulfil the relevant aspects of the roles of their day to day work. Training is carried out regularly by approved training providers many of the courses are in conjunction with the Construction Industry Training Board including those to CPCS and CSCS standard and hold STC Tubeline Cards. A number of employees have gained or are working towards National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
